Healthy Meals
We are happy to introduce healthy meals developed in cooperation with Catherine Courtney Coaching, a personal training organization that helps people coordinate regular exercise with good, nutritious meals. These meals are

  • Prepared with fresh ingredients always made from scratch
  • No preservatives, artificial sweeteners
  • No milk, cheese or other dairy products
  • Healthy carbohydrates and grains
  • Naturally gluten-free for most of our meals
  • Organic and local ingredients whenever possible
  • Individual portions – 16 oz. servings with 4 – 5 oz. of protein, fresh vegetables and a healthy carbohydrate
  • Meals are available for pickup Mondays after 4:30 pm and throughout the week. New menus are available weekly.

    Let us help with supper! Order meals for an evening, or for a full week, and pick them up when you pick up your child in the afternoon. Your meals will be packaged and labeled with your name, and will be in the main kitchen close to the drive-in circle at the SWEEM Center.
