Ideal Protein is a ketogenic weight loss and weight management program with clinics located in Huntsville and throughout the country. Our Ideal Protein meals are created for participants in Phases 1 – 3 of the program. Meals are individually packaged and contain 4 oz of protein and plan-compatible vegetables and seasonings. Some meals will contain a cup or more of vegetables, but it varies so you may need to supplement your meal with a salad or other vegetable dish.
Meals are prepared fresh every week, and selected meals will be available frozen. We typically freeze after three or four days. Our goal is to have something available for you daily each week.
We release new menus on Friday/Saturday mornings and meals are ready for pickup after 2:30 pm Tuesday afternoon. Deliveries begin at 5:00 pm Tuesdays. Meals are also available Wednesday – Friday 7:30 – 5:30.
We prepare our food in the commercial kitchen that serves the day care center (SWEEM) of the First United Methodist Church annex (downtown) off of Randolph Avenue between Greene & Lincoln Streets. We also offer delivery for $10 to homes or businesses within 10 miles of downtown.
